3200 is fine for gaming. Don't think the performance difference is all thst much with 3200 and 3600. And the performance difference between DDR4 and DDR5 isn't that huge either like at best maybe 10% jump although could be less in some games. The performance difference certainly is nowhere near as much as it would be with say a better GPU
